Android: Netrunner – Council of the Crest2018

The third Data Pack of the Kitara Cycle, Council of the Crest, explores how the region evolves as the SSL continues building the second elevator to space. One development is that the area is ripe for manipulation through education. The expansion introduces a new NBN identity Azmari EdTech, giving anyone playing the Corp the ability to declare a card type at the end of their turn that will earn them credits when first played by the Runner. It’s a deadly pairing with Personalized Portal, a “gift” from NBN to the Runner that costs a hefty sum to trash. But the Runners always have new tricks up their sleeves, and Kitara introduces a new current called Corporate “Grant” that requires the Corp to pay the Runner for the Runner’s first card install each turn.
