Second Thoughts is the second Data Pack of the Spin Cycle, and it challenges both Corps and Runners to take a second look at their strategies. Corps can be proactive about their public image with PR campaigns, even though behind the scenes, they’re taking bolder, more deadly moves like deploying Black Ops teams. New cards like Elizabeth Mills for the Weyland Corp can remove bad publicity when rezzed. Runners must adapt to survive.
