Up and Over, the fourth Data Pack of the Lunar Cycle, takes Runners outside of Heinlein (the Moon’s most established city) to the Docklands. Illegal trade runs rampant in the Docklands, and Runners can go there to try to get off the grid. However, the Corps know this too, and artfully deploying Docklands Crackdown can really throw a wrench in things for a Runner. If you play the Runner, you can also take advantage of the black market by using Trade-In, which lets you trash one piece of hardware to search your deck for a key piece you need.
