An Intergalactic Alliance was forged in the wake of war, uniting the alien races in peace. The first initiative of the Alliance is to establish space stations, and you take on the role of one of the alien races vying to build the most efficient station. You have 4 years (represented by 4 rounds) to accomplish the task, with only a Main Reactor to get you started. Each turn, you may build locations, build power reactions to cover the energy cost of those locations, or discard cards for credits. Don’t forget to use up your energy, as you only get points for Power Reactors that don’t have energy cubes in them.
