Earth’s Scion, the third Data Pack of the Red Sands Cycle, continues to explore how Runners and Corps can exploit the dynamics on the Red Planet to advance their goals. On the one hand, the Corps are close to exerting their dominance over the economy of Mars. On the other, the Runners are not going to let the Corps expand their influence beyond the cities of Mars (and the rest of the inhabited universe) if they can help it. The pack includes a new identity for Jinteki, AgInfusion, which is the division growing modified crops on Mars and exploiting Martians who have to pay the high costs to get the. The card offers the ability to trash an unrezzed piece of ice to redirect a Runner. However, if you’re playing the Runner, you also get access to new tech like the Inversificator or Persephone programs.
