Martial Law is the fifth Data Pack of the Flashpoint Cycle of Android: Netrunner. Back in New Angeles, citizens are terrified and order has yet to be restored following the chaos inflicted by the Twenty-Three Seconds incident. Therefore, the U.S. government is stepping in, introducing new neutral currents to the game. Netrunners will find that the megacorporations they’re after can’t take overt action against them, and they’ll use the Interdiction current to prevent Corps from rezzing non-ice cards on the runner’s turn. But Corps also stand to gain from order, as stability lets them put more focus on their agendas than the threat of other Corps. At the same time, they’ve still obtained powerful ice that can heap a ton of damage on Runners.
