“Asante” means “thank you” in Swahili – it’s something a merchant might say to you after making a good deal. In the game, Asante, players act as African merchants competing to become the richest by trading wares like fruits, furs, jewelry, tea, salt and silk. The objective is to have the most gold by the end of the game, triggered when a player reaches 60 gold or more.
