As an emperor’s emissary, your mission is to unify the Warring States, construct essential infrastructure, and secure a place in the Terracotta Army. With just six cards per round, you’ll strategize to gain the Emperor’s favor and score the most Victory Points, all while shaping the destiny of ancient China.
